Whole30 Supreme Italian Pizza Bake is all the toppings, no crust! With a zucchini base and all your favorites layered on top with spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes and Italian sausage. Topped with olives, pepperoncini and artichoke hearts… it’s the real Italian deal.
EASY PEASY
The Whole30 Supreme Italian Pizza Bake is easy to prep and assemble too. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and use a mandolin for evenly cut thin slices. Or if you’ve got mad skills with a knife cut it all thin to win. This makes everything cook evenly and quick – ONLY 20 minutes to bake!
To layer, start with the avo oil – drizzle it all over the paper. Try and evenly distribute everyone and start first with the zucchini, go to every corner of the pan. They don’t have to be perfectly layered. Tear the spinach up to small pieces, break up the sausage into small bites, add the tomato, onion and yellow pepper next. Season, then add the olive, pepperoncini and artichoke hearts.
ONE PAN WEEKDAY WONDER
There’s TONS of flavor and it’s super filling. It’s totally dude approved, the guys LOVE IT. It’d be a perfect dinner to make for a movie night too. There’s really no need for a side dish, it’s all in the bowl already!
Serve with extra’s like red pepper flakes, df parmesan or shredded mozz if you’d like. An extra drizzle of avocado or olive oil is always welcome too. Salt to taste 😉

Recipe Notes
Whole30'ers- Look for a sausage that is simple, I've found them with only pork and salt. Use compliant olives, pepperoncini and artichoke hearts.
