Apple Cider Vinaigrette is simple and sublime made with 4 ingredients; Chosen Foods Avocado Oil, Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, Redmond Real Salt and 100% fruit juice!
I’m a rinse and repeat kinda gal on QUALITY ingredients and Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing is pretty much a staple in the fridge. I change up the fruity component pending on the season. Apples are great for fall, I’ve used peach and cherry for summer.
I’m a big fan of Bragg’s raw ACV and it’s always stocked in the pantry! (amazon link in photo)
To add a touch more sweet and keep the dressing Whole30 compliant I added a bit of pure apple cider. Yes! you can use fruit juice to sweeten a dish. It isn’t encouraged to use often but when the time is right go for it. I used this dressing on my family favorite Apple Salad with Cinnamon Pecans and it compliments it perfectly!
